The Hanover Township Police Department arrested Jeremy RYZNER following an investigation of a suspicious vehicle on Carey Ave. RYZNER had an active warrant out of the Luzerne County Sheriff's Dept. for failing to appear on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also found to be in possession of suspected Cocaine and Methamphetamine. 

RYZNER was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility. Charges are pending via summons.
