On October 27th, 2022 the York City Police Department responded to an overdose at 381 W. Market street for the report of a drug overdose.  The victim of the drug overdose died.  York City Police drug detectives began investigating the drug delivery that resulted in death.  After a 7-month long investigation, collaboration with the Pennsylvania State Police and their parallel investigation, an arrest was made.  Michael Lee Hall, of York, was arrested for drug delivery resulting in death on May 3rd.
