On February 28, 2023 at approximately 3:14 a.m. an officer with Susquehanna Regional Police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of E. Market St. and S. Clay St, Marietta Borough.  The rear passenger who was identified as Paul BLACK was found in possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.  BLACK was arrested for the drug violation and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
