Warminster Township Police Department -Arrests and Notable Incidents Blotter:

Period 11/27/22 to 12/18/2022

WT-22-14458 Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property Arrest

On 11/30/2022 Police responded to the Walmart for a reported retail theft.  After investigating a 60 year old male from Philadelphia was arrested for the theft and receiving Stolen Property.

WT-22-14440 Drug Possession Arrest

On 11/30/2022 While on patrol a Warminster Officer came across a suspicious vehicle. After making contact and investigating the occupant of the vehicle was arrested for possession of drugs and paraphernalia.

WT-22-12345 Drug Possession Arrest

Warminster Police were dispatched to the parking lot of a local apartment/condo complex for the report of a group of teens smoking marijuna inside a parked vehicle.  Police made contact with the group and found them to be in possession of marijuna and paraphernalia.

WT-22-13567 Violation of Protection Order

A 26 Year old male from Warminster was arrested for violating a valid protection from abuse order. 

WT-22-13674 Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct

Police were dispatched to the area of the Red Stallion Tavern for a male who was bleeding.  Upon making contact with the male it was found that he and another gentlemen who had both been drinking got into a fight.  A 34 year old male from Warminster and a 31 Year old male were both cited for Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct. 

WT-22-13346 Harassment

Police investigated an altercation that had occurred between a 15 year old and 16 year old male. After concluding the investigation both males were cited for harassment.

WT-22-14923 Driving Under the Influence

On 12/10/2022 at 2:04PM Police responded for a vehicle crash in the area of Brookdale and Bristol Roads.  After making contact with one of the operators it was determined the operator a 26 year old male from Warminster was intoxicated. The operator was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.   

WT-22-13905 Aggravated Assault, Endangering the welfare of children, related offenses

On December 11th at 2:45AM Police were dispatched to a local apartment complex for a disturbance.  After investigating a 33 year old from Warminster was arrested for his actions. 

WT-22-14779 Harassment  

Police were dispatched for disorderly person at a local group home.  After investigating it was found there was an altercation between at least two subjects there.  Harassment charges were filed against a 19 year old female residing in Warminster. 

WT-22-15003 Public Drunkenness

Police responded over to the Giant store for the report a customer was acting disorderly and fighting with other customers.  Police made contact with the 41 year old male from Warminster and found him to be intoxicated.  The male was cited for public drunkenness.

WT-22-15056 Aggravated assault, simple assault and related offenses. 

Police were dispatched to the Bucks IU Highroads School for a student who was being disorderly and extremely aggressive toward other students and staff.  After investigating a 16 Year old male was arrested for assault on a staff member and his actions that day.

WT-22-15072 Driving Under the Influence, Hit and Run Accident

On 12/14/2022 Police were dispatched to a local convenience store for a vehicle that struck another vehicle and then left the scene.  Through investigation Officers were able to locate the striking vehicle that left the area. Upon making contact with the driver the 48 year old female from Southampton was found to be intoxicated and arrested for Driving Under the Influence and related charges. 

WT-22-15095 TERRORISTIC THREATS AND VIOLATION OF PFA ARREST

ON 12/14/2022 Police were dispatched to Stratford Road, Upon making contact with the 32 year old male from Warminster he was standing on a lawn holding a baseball bat.  It was determined there was an active court order Protection from abuse order in affect as well.  After de-escalating the situation Officers took the male into custody for terroristic threats and violating the active court order.

WT-22-15190 SIMPLE ASSAULT

On 12/17/2022 Police responded to a disturbance in the area of Pine Road.  After investigating the incident a 15 year old female was charged with simple assault.

WT-22-15162 Driving Under the Influence

12/17/2022 Police were dispatched for a traffic accident of one vehicle into two parked cars, the accident was reported in the area of Hopwood Drive.  Upon investigating the accident it was found the driver was intoxicated.  The 53 Year old female from Warminster was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

WT-22-14333 Catalytic Converter Theft

On 11/27/2022 Police took the report of a catalytic converter theft from a 2011 VW Jetta from Madison Court Apartment complex.  Approximate value $2000. Police are investigating.

WT-22-14439 Diesel Fuel Theft

On 11/29/2022 Police took the report of diesel fuel theft valued at approximately $1,370.   theft from Delta Gas Station located on the 200 block of York Road.  Police are investigating.

WT-22-14671 Catalytic Converter Theft

On 12/5/2022 Police took the report of a catalytic converter theft from a Ford F600 which was parked in an industrial complex off of Madison Ave.  The value of the theft is said to be $4000.  Police are investigating this incident. 

WT-22-14919 Catalytic Converter Theft

On 12/10/2022 Police took the report of a catalytic converter theft from a Chevy Silverado Pickup from an industrial complex off of Madison Ave.  The value is said to be approximately $4800.00.  Police are investigating this incident. 

WT-22-15024 Catalytic Converter Theft

On 12/13/2022 Police took the report of a catalytic converter theft from a 2006 Toyota from the parking lot of the Giant Food Store.  Approximate value $800.  Police are investigating.

****As many residents are aware a drug collection box is located at the Police Department (401 Gibson Ave, Warminster PA) for the convenience of township residents.  This drop box allows residents to safely and securely dispose of old prescription and over the counter medications.  The box is located in our 24 hour Police Lobby.  Residence should read the warning label on the front of the drop box to ensure they are only leaving approved items. These items are collected and then properly disposed of by Police.
