0841:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive where a window to a parked excavator was damaged sometime over the weekend.

1434:
Retail theft that previously occurred was reported at a business in the 300 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1457:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of W. Elm Avenue where nails were positioned against the tires of a parked vehicle.

1500:
Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of Ridge Avenue where a window to a building was damaged sometime over the weekend.

1515:
No injuries were reported and towing was not required following an accident that occurred in the first block of E. Middle Street.  A 2022 YongFu Spark 150 operated by a Hanover juvenile struck a 2012 Subaru Legacy operated by Joan Bertsch, of Hanover.

1615:
Fraud involving the unauthorized use of a check was reported at a business in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street.

1706:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.

1812:
Charges for retail theft are pending against a 44 year old New Oxford woman and a 52 year old Abbottstown woman following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.
1907:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported in the 200 block of W. Chestnut Street.

1917:
Jason Hampton, age 46 of Hanover, was cited for public drunkenness following an incident reported in the first block of Eisenhower Drive.

2022:
Suspicious male subject reported loitering in the first block of Baltimore Street was not located.

2124:
Anthony Lucabaugh, age 39 of no fixed address, was arrested and charged for theft from a motor vehicle and criminal mischief following an incident reported in the 100 block of Baltimore Street.  He was turned over to the York County Sheriff’s Department for further disposition.
