On August 7th, 2022, at approximately 9:00 P.M., Darby Township Police were alerted to threats with a firearm incident that occurred in the 1500 block of Clifton Avenue. The female victim reported that two (2) males approached her and her cousin, threatened them both with firearms and chased them down the street while pointing the firearms at them. Through investigation, officers identified the two (2) males as Diante Bell and Aaron Coleman and took them into custody. A search of their residence was conducted and officers located two (2) firearms, one (1) Glock 23 .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun and one (1) Taurus model G2C .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun which were used in the incident. Bell and Coleman were both arraigned and each had bail set at 10% of $100,000. Bell and Coleman were both transported to George Hill Correctional Facility and are awaiting their preliminary hearing.
