On 10/1/15, ELTPD responded to Penske, 1930 La Salle Ave, for a discovered theft of two vehicle tow dollies from the property.    The dollies are described as gray in color DEMCO GT200P tow dollies with a 3,500 lbs GVWR.  The replacement cost is $1,600 each.   The time of the theft is not known.
