On May 26, 2022 at approximately 00:27 hours, Warminster Police responded to 200 block of W Street Rd for a report of a "Burglary in Progress". Upon arrival officers spoke with the complaint, who stated she came home and upon entering the house she heard the upstairs bathroom door slam shut. Upon checking the bathroom, complaint found the bathroom window open. When complaint looked out the window she observed a Joshua B. Raub (W/M/39) standing on her roof with items taken from the house. When the complaint confronted Raub, Raub jumped from the roof and fled. Other responding officers  located Raub in the backyard of the residence with item taken from the residence.  Raub was taken into custody without further incident , Ruab was charged with Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Theft and receiving Stolen Property. Ruab was remained to Bucks Co Prison on 10% of $100,000.
