On January 6, 2022 the Oxford Police were dispatched to the unit Blk of Myrtle Street for a report of a victim receiving threatening text messages.  The victim showed Officers messages that he had received from the defendant, Jesse Cisson, 29, Of Oxford.  Cisson was charged with Terroristic Threats and Harassment and ultimately plead guilty to Harassment at a preliminary hearing on April 26, 2022.
