On February 11, 2022 at approximately 7:40 p.m. officers with Susquehanna Regional Police responded to the area of 589 East Market Street, Marietta Borough, for a report of a motor vehicle accident.  The accident involved a vehicle that had struck a parked vehicle and the driver was identified as Angela FISCHER and was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the degree of impairment.  FISCHER was arrested for DUI and is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
