Edward A Wharton, M/44, Langhorne, PA, was arrested on the above charges after a lengthy investigation stemming from a call for police to respond to a report of underage drinking in June 2021. Police learned that Wharton was providing alcohol to minors on several occasions, would watch pornographic material in the presence of minors, and was also sending inappropriate photos and videos to minors via social media. Wharton was arraigned by Judge Douple, bail was set at $75,000 unsecured with conditions.
