Officers from around Bucks County and Pennsylvania participated in a traffic safety detail from September 12th to the 25th. The main focus was on the safety of occupants in vehicles; seat belts and child seats, however officers also cited drivers for other safety-related violations, speeding, expired emissions and inspections, and faulty lighting on vehicles. Over the course of the detail, officers issued over 100 tickets to dozens of drivers.
