Officers responded to the report of a traffic accident on June 11th around 11:30 p.m. in the 200 Block of Stanford Rd.  Officers met with the driver of the vehicle, Michael Voilas, who appeared under the influence.  After failing field sobriety tests, he was arrested and charged.
