On 10/13/2021 at approximately 2138 hours, Berwick Police Officers conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle, Cory Drumheller was inside the vehicle. Drumheller was placed under arrest. Drumheller failed to comply with lawful commands, attempted to free himself from the officer’s grip and pulled his arms away while officers were attempting to handcuff him.
