Around 1:00 a.m., Patrol observed a disabled vehicle on 2nd St. Pike and Glasgow Rd. The vehicle operator identified as Shameek Mayes stated that his tire was flat. Patrol asked Mayes about the missing registration plate. The vehicle passenger provided Patrol with a NJ license plate. After running the license plate, it was learned the vehicle was stolen out of Philadelphia. Patrol also discovered controlled substances inside the vehicle. Mayes was taken into custody for Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
