Reported person stated he parked a black in color 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage in the A-plus parking lot and left the ignition on and entered the store for coffee. Rpt person stated he excited the store approx. 1 min later and the vehicle was stolen. Vehicle was entered into NCIC and was later Recovered and cancelled.

Reporting person stated that she got home from work around 1200 hours and discovered that her purple in color Schwinn brand bicycle was stolen. She stated that she kept the bike in the hallway of her apartment complex outside of the door and stated that she did not have the bike locked up, but had it leaning against two ladders in the hallway.

On Thursday, November 5, 2020 around 2152 hours, reporting person/victim was making a food delivery for his employer. When he arrived at listed location to deliver the order, he left his vehicle, Black 1998 Honda CRV with black rims running and unlocked in front of this address. As he stepped onto the sidewalk towards the delivery residence, he observed what he believed to be a younger male wearing a black face mask enter his vehicle. The male then drove east on East End Ave to Franklin St, north on Franklin St, and turned west onto Mifflin St before fleeing from his view.

Richardson was arrested and charged with Aggravated Animal Cruelty, Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct.
