On 11/11/2020 at 1910 hours, SRPD responded to a vehicle crash in the 600 Block of East Market Street in Marietta Borough. The defendant, Michael E. Yohe, was seen driving a Toyota Corolla and exiting the vehicle after crashing into a legally parked vehicle. Yohe was seen dumping the contents of a Yukon Jack Whiskey bottle along side the roadway. Yohe had a strong odor of alcohol coming from him and displayed glassy bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and had difficulty maintaining his balance. Yohe was given a breath test which revealed a .165%. Yohe was charged with DUI and related offenses. Yohe is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
