On October 21, 2019, the Caernarvon Township Police Department took a report for an indecent assault involving a juvenile female as the victim and the suspect was a 37 year old male. Investigators learned that the assault occurred on October 20, 2019 at the Taco Bell located at 905 Heritage Drive, Elverson, PA 19520, in Caernarvon Township, Berks County.

The victim and suspect both worked at the restaurant. Investigators were told that on Sunday, October 20, 2019 the victim’s manager, Brian WOLF, and she were in the walk in cooler when the assault took place.

As a result of the investigation, charges were filed against WOLF for corruption of minors, indecent assault forcible compulsion, indecent assault with a person less than 16 years of age, and indecent assault without consent of other.
