Hanover Township Police officers on patrol apprehended 40-year-old Ashley Caruthers on Oxford Street. Caruthers was the subject of a felony arrest warrant issued in connection with a September 16th. incident on the same street, where she is accused of attempted to gain access to a residence while a child was present. Following arraignment by the On-Duty District Judge Ferris Webby, Caruthers was released on $20,000 unsecured bail, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on October 21, 2026, at the Luzerne County Central Court in Wilkes-Barre.
