On October 4th 2026 at 0447 hours Middlesex Township Police were dispatched for an active burglary at a trucking company on the Harrisburg Pike.  Upon arrival police made contact with Franscisco Leon-Popa and another male.  After an investigation Leon-Popa was found to have conspired with the other male to be in possession of instruments of crime and to have conspired to take items from a semi-truck.  Leon-Popa was also found to be in possession of a concealed firearm and he did not have a license to carry that firearm.
