On August 21st, 2026, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to Walmart, 3400 Hartzdale Drive for a non active retail theft. Loss prevention advised that an older heavyset female had pushed out a cartload of household goods valued at $614.06.

Through investigation the suspect was identified as Misty Snyder.

Snyder had sixteen prior convictions for retail theft making this one a felony.

Charges were filed and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
