National Night Out is an annual community building event that promotes police community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to help make Middletown a safer place.

The event this year will be held on Tuesday August 4, 2026 from 6:00 pm thru 8:00 pm in Hoffer Park.

Join us for music, food and an opportunity to meet and mingle with members of the Middletown Borough Police Department.  We will be having a dunk tank this year!!  Bring unused school supplies to exchange for a chance to dunk a local community leader.  So far, the dunk tank "volunteers" include Fire Chief Kenny Whitebread Jr and Public Safety Director Daniel Wright.  The school supplies will be donated to the local Moose Lodge for their annual Back to School Event.
