On May 25, 2026, the Nazareth Police Department responded to a call from a victim requesting that her former boyfriend be banned from her residence.  Officers located the individual and informed him that he was no longer permitted at the location and was not to initiate any contact with the victim.  However, shortly after the police interaction, the individual began sending the victim threatening messages via phone and text.  Following consultation with the Northampton County District Attorney's office, it was determined that charges would be filed and a warrant issued. The necessary paperwork was completed by officers, resulting in the issuance of the warrant.
