Nazareth Police were dispatched to the Gracedale and Northampton County Forensic Center entrance on September 20, 2026, at 6:06 pm following a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers interacted with all parties involved and collected necessary documents for the accident report. During their conversation with one of the vehicle drivers, officers detected a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the individual. The driver was then asked to exit the vehicle and perform standardized sobriety tests. However, the individual failed to complete the tests safely and was subsequently arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. The driver was transported to the Bethlehem DUI Center for processing and later released to their residence.
