The Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department is currently in the process of recruiting qualified candidates for the police officer position. We are a progressive, Accredited law enforcement agency through the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association. The department is serving the communities of Annville Township and Palmyra Borough. The agency, when fully staffed, has 16 officers and serves a population of approximately 12,589 citizens in a coverage area of 3.7 miles.
Requirements:
Act 120 certification or out of state equivalent
U.S Citizen-Minimum 21 years of age.
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Possess a valid PA driver’s license at time of employment
Be able to perform essential job functions
Be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation including the provisions of PA Act 57.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range $67,292 - $89,722
Previous years of law enforcement service will be considered for starting salary purposes
