On June 2, 2024 at 20:09 hours, Officers from The Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department responded to the scene of a vehicle crash in the 400 block of West Main Street, Palmyra. The driver who caused the crash was identified as Greg Miller. Miller was found to be under the influence of alcohol but refused legal blood draw.

On June 7, 2024 charges were filed for DUI: Incapable of Safe Driving, and a summary charge.
