On Wednesday December 8, 2022, at 8:48PM Saugerties Police responded to a domestic dispute at 2072 Rte., 32 I the Town of Saugerties. Investigation by officers established that during the course of a domestic dispute, 18-year-old Olivia Realmuto, caused damage to a number of items in the residence in addition to causing damage to the front door of the residence. Realmuto was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. Realmuto was processed at Saugerties Police Headquarters and arraigned in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court where an Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim. Realmuto was then released by the court on her own recognizance to return at a later date to answer her charge.
