On 12/05/2022, at 07:40AM., Saugerties Police responded to 2084 Route 32 in the Town of Saugerties for a reported domestic dispute. While interviewing the parties involved, officers established that there was an active order of protection (Stay-A-Way Order of Protection) between the two parties. The order specifically ordering that 32-year-old Christian Moore-Giles stay-a-way from the complainant. Moore-Giles was taken into custody at the scene and processed at SPD Headquarters. Moore-Giles was arraigned in Town of Saugerties Justice Court and remanded to UC Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
