On 12/22/21 SPD responded to the Diamond Mills Hotel for a reported domestic dispute. The front desk clerk advised responding patrols that they received a phone call from one of the rooms and a female was requesting help. Investigation b responding officers led to the arrest of 36-year-old Luke S Malamood of Albany NY. Malamood was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and processed at SPD Headquarters, and then arraigned in the Village of Saugerties Justice Court.
