Can you identify the driver of this vehicle?

Please contact the Shelby Township Police Department if you see this vehicle or can identify who owns/drives this vehicle. This vehicle has been seen in area subdivisions near 24 Mile/Schoenherr opening mailboxes and removing mail. The vehicle is a Black Chrysler 300, black rims, tinted windows.
