ARREST WARRANT
On 08/21/2021 MAPD Officers responded to a vehicle collision at the intersection of RT 27 and E Ridgeville Blvd. One of the operators involved was Aaron Weisenmiller. Officers on scene developed information Weisenmiller had concealed an item during the crash investigation. When questioned Weisenmiller denied concealing any items. During the course of the investigation Officers later observed Weisenmiller retrieve a red backpack which he had concealed by a dumpster in the Mount Airy Shopping Center.
Officers seized the bag and obtained a search warrant.
The search warrant was executed on 09/01/2021 and officers recovered 187 capsules of suspected Fentanyl.
The suspected Fentanyl was sent to MSP Crime Lab for analysis. On 03/29/2022 MAPD was notified the substance was confirmed to be Fentanyl with a total weight of 1.89 Ounces.
An arrest warrant was obtained for Aaron Weisenmiller on 08/01/2022.
