MAPD is on scene of a vehicle collision at Route 27 and Twin Arch Rd which just occurred. Suspect vehicle fled the scene prior to police arrival. Suspect vehicle is described to be a champagne colored Toyota SUV with a roof rack last seen eastbound on Twin Arch RD.
