WARRANT ARREST / 100 BLOCK HILL ST / TUESDAY MARCH 16, 2020
On 3/16/21 at approximately 2330 hours, MAPD was dispatched to the area of Hill St and Moxley St for a disturbance. Upon arrival officers came into contact with a female subject and a male subject, both were intoxicated under the influence of alcohol. Officers discovered that the subjects had gotten into a verbal argument and police were called to the scene. During the brief investigation the female, identified as Aimee Nicole Seals, was discovered to have an open warrant out of Frederick County. The bench warrant was for a violation of probation, stemming from a previous 1st degree assault charge. Seals was taken into custody and arrested without incident. Due to Frederick County's current Covid-19 policy, Frederick County Sheriff's Office was contacted and a deputy responded to obtain custody of Seals and transport her to Frederick County Detention Center.
