DUI ARREST / S/B RTE 27 @ S. MAIN ST / 03/04/2022
On 03/04/2022 at approximately 2254 hours a MAPD officer was conducting traffic enforcement in the area of Ridgeside Dr and S. Main St. The officer observed a vehicle commit several traffic infractions and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Brian Bennett Gallagher. During the stop, the officer observed Gallagher exhibiting signs of alcohol impairment. After unsatisfactorily completing standardized field sobriety tests, Gallagher was placed under arrest.
Gallagher was transported to the Carroll County Central Booking for processing, and was released on citations.
