DRUG PARA ARREST / TWIN ARCH RD @ MATHIS LN / FRIDAY MARCH 18, 2022
On 3/18/22 at approximately 12:19 AM, a MAPD Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a equipment violation in the area of Twin Arch Rd and Mathis Ln. During the course of the stop a CDS K9 was requested. Carroll County Sheriff's Office K9 Unit arrived to assist and conducted a scan of the vehicle, which yielded a positive alert for presence of narcotics. A subsequent search of the vehicle, officers located multiple "crack pipes."
Shane Brady was a passenger in the vehicle and was placed under arrest.
Brady was later released on criminal citation.
