DRUG DISTRIBUTION ARREST / 1610 RIDGESIDE DR, SEVEN ELEVEN / TUESDAY MARCH 29. 2022
On 3/29/2022 at approximately 7:42 PM, MAPD Officers were in the area of 1610 Ridgeside Dr. Officers were contacted by Frederick County Sheriff's Office Deputies and provided information on a vehicle parked in the Seven Eleven parking lot, which had recently been involved in a vehicle pursuit with FCSO. MAPD Officers made contact with the vehicle and the occupants. Upon making contact with the driver, Wayne Baughman, officers observed a "crack pipe" in plain view. BAUGHMAN was placed under arrest, and a search incident to arrest of his person officers recovered 29 capsules of suspected Heroin and a small amount of "Crack/Cocaine." Officers also recovered several items of drug paraphernalia and drug packaging material from the vehicle. BAUGHMAN was also found to have an Arrest Warrant through MSP Cumberland and Bench Warrant through Alleghany County Sheriff's Office.
BAUGHMAN was transported to Carroll County Central Booking for processing.
