On March 11, 2023 at 1:46 PM Charles S. King was stopped on Rt. 24 at the I-39 south on ramp for displaying a fraudulent Indiana temporary license plate. Upon further investigation it was confirmed that the temporary plate was fraudulent and that it was also a counterfeit plate. King was arrested and taken to Woodford County Jail, and the van King was driving was towed and impounded.
