On March 10, 2023, at 5:19 PM David S. Davis was stopped for speeding, and upon further investigation it was found that there was a Warrant for Davis out of Tazwell County for Contempt of Court / Failure to Appear. Davis was arrested and taken to Woodford County Jail,
