On March 7, 2023 at 12:08 PM Josalynn Castillo was pulled over on Rt. 24 @ S. Chestnut St. for an obstructed windshield. Upon further investigation it was found that her driver's license privileges are revoked and the registration on the vehicle was suspended. She was arrested and taken to Woodford County Jail.
