On 5/21/2022,The defendant knowingly failed to stop his 2003 Chevrolet Impala after said vehicle was involved in an accident. Said accident resulted in the death of Monteaz Walton of Carlinville.
On 5/23/2022 the defendant turned himself in with his attorney present.
