On November 11, 2021 at approximately 10:26am the above named Defendant was stopped in the 7400blk of CR 49 for not displaying any license plates on his vehicle. Michael Vaughn advised he was working on titling and plating the vehicle however the vehicle had no insurance information. Michael was cited for Municipal Traffic Code 1409 - Compulsory Insurance with a court date of 12/16/2021. Michael failed to appear on the automatic summons and has not responded to notices provided to him by the Town to respond to any court dates since. A bench warrant has been issued for Michael's immediate arrest upon contact with a $250.00 PR bond.
