On November 3, 2021 at approximately 12:08pm the above named Defendant was stopped at Main St. and Hudson Dr. for not displaying any license plates on his vehicle or pull-behind trailer. Christopher Jenkins advised he had just purchased the vehicle and provided the title paperwork however he failed to provide insurance information. Michael was cited for Municipal Traffic Code 1409 - Compulsory Insurance with a court date of 12/16/2021. Christopher failed to appear on the automatic summons and has not responded to notices provided to him by the Town to respond to any court dates since. A bench warrant has been issued for Christopher's immediate arrest upon contact with a $250.00 PR bond.
