Chad Blackmore is currently wanted on a Nationwide Extradition No Bond arrest warrant for Special Offender, Distribution of Fentanyl, Possession of Incendiary Device and Explosives, and Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender. This is the result of an extensive investigation conducted by the Cortez / Montezuma Narcotics Investigation Team. He also has 5 additional warrants for his arrest for other crimes within surrounding jurisdictions. Chad Blackmore is currently being held in the State of Arizona for similar charges involving the sale and distribution of Fentanyl within that State.
