Between December 10 and December 23, 2024, the Canon City Police Department received multiple calls for vehicle trespass complaints involving theft from motor vehicles on the north side of Canon City. Officers, with assistance from Detectives with the Canon City Police Department, worked to solve these cases and was able to locate evidence that led to arrest warrants being issued for two men.
Anthony Watson (21) was arrested on the following charges:
The highest charge that Mr. Watson is accused of committing is a class 4 Felony. Mr. Watson was already in custody at the time this warrant was obtained and is now held in lieu of a $10,000.00 cash/surety bond.

Thomas Mikesell (18) who has an active arrest warrant for the following charges:
The warrant for Mr. Mikesell lists a bond of $500 cash/surety.
