The Fairview Township Police Department arrested 25-year old Gregory A. Martin of Salem Road after police were dispatched for a hit and run crash in the parking lot of the Silver Lake Inn on May 25, 2019 at approximately 12:23 am.  The victim reported that a large black, "lifted" pick up truck struck her vehicle and then drove away.  Through investigation, police were able to identify the truck and Martin as the driver.  They responded to his residence, and upon finding him obviously intoxicated, arrested him for DUI.

Martin was transported to the York County Booking Center for a blood test and arrest processing.  That blood test showed that his BAC was .187%,
