The Fairview Township Police Department arrested 45-year old Loletta De Husser-Smith of E. Princess Street, York following a traffic stop in the 500 block of Industrial Drive, Lewisberry on November 28, 2018.  While advising Loletta the reason for the stop, the officer detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from within the vehicle.  When asked if she had anything in the vehicle she pointed to her center console and pulled a maijuana cigarette from the area and handed it over. Loletta also had drug paraphernalia in her possession.
