On September 2nd, 2025 Corning Police Officers arrested 29 year-old Hailey E. Born, of Horseheads, for Harassment in the 2nd Degree. Ms. Born's arrest came following an investigation into a harassment complaint that occurred at a local business in the City of Corning in July of 2025. Ms. Born was processed on the arrest at the Corning Police Dept. and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Corning City Court at a later date.
