On August 30th, 2025 Corning Police Officers arrested 31 year-old Catherine J. Saperstein, of Corning, for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree following an investigation into a report of property damage to a home on Bridge St. in the City of Corning. Ms. Saperstein was processed on the arrest at the Corning Police Dept. and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Corning City Court at a later date.
