The Milton Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspect involved in two incidents of theft at Milton Liquors, located at 112 Broadkill Rd.

On Thursday, July 10th, 2025, at approximately 8:14 pm, a white male suspect, wearing camo pants and a black t-shirt, entered the store and concealed a bottle of Tequila in his pants. He then left the store without paying for the item. The suspect fled the scene in a black Volkswagen Passat with a Delaware Temporary Registration and heavy front right end damage.

The same suspect returned to the store the next day on Friday, July 11th, 2025, at approximately 3:40 pm, and concealed another bottle of Tequila in his pants. Again, he failed to pay for the item.
