On July 14th, 2025 at 3:48 pm 41 year-old Philip A. Spangenberg Jr, of Bradford, was arrested on a Corning City Court Bench Warrant. Mr. Spangenberg was processed on the arrest at the Corning Police Dept. and turned over to Steuben County Sheriff's Deputy for transport to the Steuben County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
